For all of the radio companies out there, Entercom is the tops in many ways. One being the culture of local ideas are best, there are few corporate mandates and most decisions are made independent of other stations/markets.
That said, they focus most of their energy on business development and sales, little on quality staff to make the stations and their promotional assets shine. It is frustrating to watch as many clients are squeezed dry with little to offer in the way of service.
If you're in sales, have fun! You'll enjoy the work. Any other area will be rough to get funding and/or staff to succeed.

Sobeys is probable one of the worst companies to work for. You get paid next to nothing, and you're lucky to get a 0.05 cent raise every 500 hours that you work. They promise so much and never come through for it. I was treated like shit by the store manager and embarrassed in front of customers and my co-workers constantly. Hard workers are always being looked down upon and not doing enough. Managers treat their employees like a piece of shit. I would literally leave my job in tears because how shitty of an atmosphere this company presents.

I was recruited by LnT infotech ..I m a 2007 passout and i had to wait for 3 years till this disgusting firm thought that i could join them ... then why the hell do they recriut if they are out of projects ..Is it to spoil the carreers of youngsters??? Many colleges don't allow student's once placed to attend another company's recruitment drive..So unluckily being placed in LnT means letting yourself into a trap.
