This is one of the employee working with HCL bpo in Noida for more then 3 years. I would like to share my experience and rate the company, earlier it was good company however from last one year and two months it has become worse, work environment is pathetic Let me tell you that it is the worse bpo in the world, they are asking us to work extra for 10 hours sometimes six days a week and not paying anything extra which is also forced apart from that we are not having appraisals they are treating us like slaves and they say it employee first. I have got stuck in the company because if I would leave the company then I will have to start from the beginning. They have ruined my career but I have to leave because I can not do slavery anymore. At the end would say nobody should join HCL bpo because they will treat you like slaves not employees. have entered my comments earlier as well I would like to add something more it which is management is very pathetic thy do not care about employees because they treat them like slaves, nobody is happy working with HCL bpo, I do not know what kind of business strategy they are following .even the HR department do not know anything , they do not have answers for our questions why they are doing it. Earlier they were saying it is because of recession and company was in loss however as per the market result earlier as well HCL was growing at the rate of 30% or more and now it has improved a lot. All the employees are leaving because of their policy and they are under staffed so they are asking the slaves who are staying with the company to work extra s that they can meet their business requirement.i do not know how come shiv nadar has got the award which should have never been given to him.

LnT infotech Sucks!!!!
I was recruited by LnT infotech ..I m a 2007 passout and i had to wait for 3 years till this disgusting firm thought that i could join them ... then why the hell do they recriut if they are out of projects ..Is it to spoil the carreers of youngsters??? Many colleges don't allow student's once placed to attend another company's recruitment drive..So unluckily being placed in LnT means letting yourself into a trap.

The company is not well-known from the general public. This company owned by only one lady, and managed by one lady, no proper management. It is one-man show. Worst company I have ever worked with. Leaves are simply lapsed, not carried forward or paid. They will treat the employees as slaves. They dont know how to run a company. Office has become like a house.

This company has very bad morals. The top management openly talks about cheating the customers and taking customers for a ride. Also, the Top Management believes that employees should work nothing less than 15 hours every day with a minimum of 6 day a week. This is a typical sweat shop. I am glad I am out of this hell hole.
